Meet Carson
Carson is a
full-time, experienced Broker/Salesman, licensed in Nevada and California. He is a
Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), one of only about 850 with this
designation in the entire world. As such, he has the training, experience and ability to
help a client with the purchase or sale of any type Real Estate any where in the world.
With a high degree of training, numerous accredations and certifications combined with
many years of experience, Carsons honesty, trustworthiness and work ethic guarantees the

With a 22
year career in the U.S. Marine Corps and 10 years as an International Business Developer
molded his ethic for hard-work, truly caring about people and their feelings and doing
everything humanly possible to ensure the best outcome in every Real Estate transaction. He truly understands relocation and the
"moving game". He is a relocation specialist and an accredited
buyers representative. Both these designations required him to have a high level of

Carsons passions are golf, flying and snow skiing, in that order. He is a commercial
pilot, flight instructor and taught flying for many years. He lived at a ski resort for 5
years and currently plays golf at every opportunity. He migrated to Las Vegas from
California where he started in Real Estate about 11 years ago.

the real estate that is for sale in Las Vegas. With over 1600 floor plans for more
than 350 new home tracts he can show you your choices.
